We often lose ourselves in the manifold demands that are placed on us from the outside. We hardly perceive our needs anymore and lose the connection to ourselves. Feeling the body - being "there" with all our senses - seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching - brings us back to ourselves.

The many crises of recent years have shown us how important cohesion is. Only together can we overcome them and contribute to a new - fairer - world. Social commitment has always been a major concern for us. This can take place "on our own doorstep" - in our immediate neighborhood: The association "Nachbarinnen in Wien" is an initiative to improve the quality of life of migrant families in Austria. Professional support from one's own community promotes self-motivation and integration. This year, we are once again foregoing Christmas gifts and instead supporting a social project: https://nachbarinnen.at
